Risk Disclosure

IMPORTANT

Trading involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for all investors. You should carefully consider whether trading is appropriate for you in light of your financial condition.

Trading Risks

The value of financial instruments can go up or down. You may lose some or all of your invested capital. Leveraged trading amplifies both gains and losses. Market conditions can change rapidly and without warning. Historical performance is not indicative of future results.

AI and Autonomous Trading Risks

Saebl uses artificial intelligence to make trading decisions. AI models can produce incorrect analyses. The LLM may misinterpret market conditions, generate invalid trade parameters, or fail to account for unusual market events. All AI responses are validated before execution — validation includes schema checks, position size limits, risk parameter bounds, and portfolio constraints — but validation cannot catch every possible error or poor judgment. Autonomous trading systems may behave unexpectedly during extreme market conditions (flash crashes, circuit breakers, liquidity events).

Technology Risks

Software may contain bugs. Network connections may fail. Broker APIs may be unavailable. The agent includes safety mechanisms (bracket orders, daily loss limits, crash recovery) but these do not eliminate risk. Power failures, operating system crashes, or hardware failures may prevent the agent from executing protective actions.

Broker and Execution Risks

Orders may not execute at expected prices due to slippage, gaps, or low liquidity. Bracket orders (stop-loss, take-profit) are not guaranteed to execute at the specified price in fast-moving markets. Your broker may impose restrictions, margin calls, or liquidate positions without notice.

Your Responsibility

You are solely responsible for all trading activity in your brokerage account. You must: understand how the agent works before trading with real money, start with paper trading to evaluate performance, set appropriate risk parameters for your financial situation, monitor the agent regularly, maintain sufficient capital to cover potential losses, and comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

Saebl's Safety Features

While Saebl includes multiple safety layers (bracket orders on every trade, daily loss limits, max position limits, drawdown monitoring, EOD liquidation, crash recovery), these features reduce but do not eliminate risk. No safety mechanism is perfect.

Not Financial Advice

Nothing provided by Saebl constitutes financial advice, investment recommendation, or solicitation. The agent's analyses and decisions should not be relied upon as professional guidance. Always consult a qualified financial advisor.

By using Saebl, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accept the risks described above.
