Saebl does not operate as an intermediary or custodian.
You are solely responsible for: providing valid broker and API credentials, configuring appropriate risk parameters, monitoring the agent's operation, ensuring sufficient account funding, complying with all applicable trading regulations, and understanding the risks of autonomous trading.

Autonomous trading involves substantial risk of loss. Past performance does not guarantee future results. The AI may make incorrect decisions. Markets can move against positions rapidly. You may lose some or all of your invested capital.
Saebl is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We are not liable for trading losses, system failures, broker outages, API errors, or any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the software. Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the Saebl license.
Software updates are provided free of charge for the lifetime of the product. We do not guarantee a specific update schedule. The software depends on third-party services (brokers, LLM providers) that may change their APIs or experience outages. The agent includes safety mechanisms (crash recovery, bracket orders) but these are not guaranteed to prevent all losses.
Your license grants you perpetual, non-transferable rights to use Saebl on your own machines. You may stop using Saebl at any time. We may revoke your license for violation of these terms or for redistribution of the software. Refund policy will be published at launch.
We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated via the email address you provided. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
